The following terms apply to the 30-Night Risk-Free Trial offer for the Fatigue Relief Mattress Topper by VigorEight.
By participating in this trial, you agree to the conditions outlined below. This offer is designed to give eligible customers peace of mind and a genuine opportunity to trial our product. Abuse of this offer may result in refusal of future purchases or eligibility.
1. Trial Period & Eligibility
The 30-Night Trial is available once per household and limited to Australian customers only.
The trial begins 3 calendar days after the product has been marked as delivered via tracking, to allow the topper time to expand and settle.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be used for a minimum of 14 nights. This allows the body time to adjust and experience the full benefits.
This offer is only valid on direct purchases made via www.vigoreight.com.au. Third-party resellers and marketplace purchases are not eligible.
2. Refund Requests
If, after completing the 30-night trial, you are unsatisfied with your experience, you may request a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted between day 15 and day 31 (inclusive) of your trial period.
To request a refund, you must:
Email admin@vigoreight.com.au with your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
Provide honest feedback to help us improve our product (required for refund processing).
Returns are not required. You may keep the topper. However, this offer is extended in good faith and is intended for genuine customers only.
3. Exclusions & Misuse
This offer will not apply in the following cases:
The customer has previously claimed a 30-night refund for the same or similar product.
Multiple orders or attempts to claim refunds under different names, addresses, or emails within the same household.
Evidence of misuse, intentional damage, or claims made outside of the eligible time frame.
Orders made using promotional credits, giveaways, or heavily discounted bundles where the terms exclude this trial.
VigorEight reserves the right to deny any refund request that appears to be abusive, fraudulent, or not in line with the spirit of the 30-Night Trial.
4. Australian Consumer Law
This 30-Night Trial offer is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights you have under the ACL, including your right to a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty or misrepresented goods.
