REFUND POLICY

At VigorEight, we want you to love your purchase — and sleep better because of it. That’s why we offer different return policies depending on the product you’ve purchased.

 

100-Night Risk-Free Trial (Selected Products Only)

 

Some of our products, like the Fibro Relief Mattress Topper, are covered by our 100-Night Risk-Free Sleep Trial.

If your eligible product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a full refund between days 15 and 99 after delivery.

 

Standard Return Policy (30–100 Days)

 

All other eligible items are covered by our standard 30 to 100-day return policy, depending on the product.

To be eligible:

Your item must be unused or gently tested, in its original condition, and where applicable, with tags and packaging.

You must request your return within the product's trial window (usually 30, 60, or 100 days depending on product type — listed on each product page).

 

How to Request a Return or Refund

 

To start a return or request a refund:

Contact us at admin@vigoreight.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping (when applicable).

 

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — we are unable to process unsolicited returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Using Personal Information

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
